As the need for affordable housing and supportive services grows, VOA-Greater New York continues to respond by providing safe, supportive environments for some of our city’s most at-risk residents. Located on the heart of Washington Heights with quiet parks, mass transportation and ample shopping just steps away, the Richard Slayer house provides 146 units of affordable housing to low-income families and single adults.
