WHO WE ARE

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley (VOADV), is a 501(c) 3 non-profit social service agency that has been providing essential services to vulnerable individuals and communities since 1896. Headquartered in the city of Camden, New Jersey, VOADV is characterized by its diversity of programming and assistance services and supported by a team of more than 400 qualified, mission-driven professionals that work tirelessly on behalf of their clients.

OUR SERVICES

Homeless Services

We offer a comprehensive and full continuum of care to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Reentry Services

We provide evidence-based treatment interventions to individuals returning to society so they can properly reintegrate in the community and lead full and productive lives.

Permanent Housing

We provide individuals with the opportunity to live independent, fulfilled lives, all within a supportive community setting.

Supportive Housing

We operate specialized housing programs, offering an array of supportive services to address each person’s unique needs.

Specialized Services

Our programs provide a structured and facilitative environment for individuals who are developmentally disabled and individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injury. 

Service to All Those in Need

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley (VOADV) is a local affiliate of the national, non-profit organization, Volunteers of America, and provides essential services to our community’s most vulnerable individuals. Each year, we serve more than 13,000 individuals throughout the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region and operate more than 40 high-quality, outcome-driven assistance programs – from homelessness, reentry, veterans assistance, and affordable housing services to specialized programs for individuals with addiction, traumatic brain injury and/or intellectual disabilities.
