Bethesda Care Center is a premier provider of long-term care, memory support, short-term rehabilitation and end-of-life care in the Fremont community. Bethesda offers a warm, friendly environment where your privacy and wishes as an individual are respected.
Administration and staff at Bethesda are dedicated to meeting your needs as an individual, providing highly skilled, quality health care and services. Our team of health care professionals works in partnership with you, your family and your primary care physician to design your individualized care plan. Your personalized care may include physical, occupational, speech and aquatic rehab therapies, recreation programs or skilled nursing services. Residents in the final phase of terminal illness receive comfort-oriented treatment with sensitivity and support within our end-of-life care program.
Whether you’re recovering from an illness or injury, or living with chronic disease, at Bethesda Care Center, our priority is providing exceptional health care. We also strive to meet the spiritual, intellectual and recreational needs of older adults living with us. Our life enrichment program features activities that reflect the diverse interests of our residents, and is designed to encourage and motivate individuals to participate.
