The Oaks in Dallas

The Oaks is a senior community nestled within a historic Oak Cliff neighborhood just south of Downtown Dallas, minutes from the Bishop Arts District. The 260-unit development is well-located and near shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and transportation. Our community offers 1 and 2 apartment homes with upgraded interiors that include modern kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The Oaks is an affordable housing community offering income-restricted and non-income restricted apartment homes for persons 62 years of age or older.
