The Volunteers of America Classic returns to The Colony, TX June 28 – July 4, 2021 with top LPGA professionals competing for a $1.5 million purse playing Old American Golf Club at Golf Clubs at The Tribute. In addition to world-class golf, Tournament week will encompass a variety of free family-friendly event programming. Tournament week kicks off Monday, June 28, with a Junior Golf Clinic for youth ages 7-13 featuring LPGA player engagement. Programming will begin at 10 am, and registration can be found HERE. Tuesday will feature the third annual Women’s Leadership Summit presented by Versant Health. The event will feature a hybrid format with both limited in-person and online viewing options

Tournament organizers alongside the LPGA announce today that the Volunteers of America Classic LPGA event will now take place November 30 – December 6, 2020 in The Colony, TX. Players will be vying for a $1.75 million purse, a significant increase from the previous $1.3 million purse. The event was originally scheduled for September 28 – October 4 of this year.

The Volunteers of America Classic is pleased to announce event dates and an increased prize purse for the 2020 tournament. The only official LPGA Tournament event in the state of Texas, the Volunteers of America Classic will return to Old American Golf Club in The Colony, Texas Sept. 28-Oct. 4, 2020.

The 2019 Volunteers of America Classic, formerly the Volunteers of America LPGA Texas Classic, will return to Old American Golf Club in The Colony, TX for the second consecutive year. The official LPGA Tournament will feature 144 of the world’s best female golfers in a four-day stroke-play event vying for a $1.3 million purse.
