Scottsboro Group Home is a community-based residential group home for individuals with mental disabilities. The group home offers a private bedroom with a shared bathroom and community living areas. The group home setting provides a family style living arrangement as opposed to institutional living. Scottsboro Group Home has staff around the clock who are responsible for overseeing the meals, medication management, transportation to day habilitation programs, and transportation to community involvement activities. Referrals for Scottsboro Group Home must come through the Alabama Department of Mental Health.
