Welcome to Friendship Village. Our apartments have wall-to-wall carpeting, HVAC units, and hot water heaters. All of the utilities are included in the rent with the exception of cable and phone.

Each Volunteers of America property has its own leasing office and its own application process.

The property staff can answer your questions regarding apartment availability, rent, income requirements or restrictions and how to obtain an application to apply for housing.
