Description

The Homestead at Coon Rapids consists of two buildings - one offering assisted living and one a secured memory care unit. Each provides a unique environment. The buildings are one story residences offering a cozy, homelike setting. We offer furnished suites, which include single-occupancy, double-occupancy and one-bedroom suites. Our grounds are lovely and include a walking path around the building with garden areas and patios.

We recognize that our residents have a variety of interests, abilities and needs. Our social model of services responds to each resident's individuality. We believe our role is to "assist", not "do" in whatever supports and promotes the resident's dignity, independence and opportunities to make choices about his or her lifestyle. The assisted living lifestyle is about choices. Choose when and how you desire to receive service.

Choose from a variety of packages to meet your individual needs. It's your choice. It's the assisted living lifestyle. The Homestead at Coon Rapids staff is on site to provide services 24-hours per day, seven days a week, under the supervision of a registered nurse and your personal physician.
