Vacations with a Purpose - Volunteer Vacation Opportunities
Vacation is a time to relax and get away from the stress of your personal life. Why not use the time to give back to someone less fortunate. We have many frail elders who live at Lost Creek Care Center. Many can no longer do those meaningful daily tasks and hobbies that many of us take for granted, such as planting flowers, painting rooms, or hanging shelves. They would love to have your help. Bring the whole family. We have projects that can be completed in one day, and others that may take a week. You can choose a project from our list, or tell us your project idea.
- Alternative Breaks for Students - Need service hours? Use your high school or college breaks to volunteer helping the elders at Lost Creek Care Center. Share your expertise, knowledge, and talent to complete a project, hold a class or use the internet for other opportunities.
- International Student Opportunities - Share your culture/heritage with the individuals who live here at Lost Creek Care Center. Learning is a life long experience.
- Service Hours - We have opportunities for groups and or individuals to earn service hours for a badge, credit, or towards your career. We have service projects available online or onsite.
