22nd Annual Fannie Mae Help the Homeless Walkathon


"The Help the Homeless Walkathon is a wonderful tradition here in Washington and each year raises much needed awareness and funding for one of the most serious human service challenges we face in here in the nation’s capital,” Charles W. Gould, Volunteers of America National President and CEO said. 

Last year, more than 16,000 walkers participated in the Walkathon and raised more than $5 million to benefit 164 metropolitan Washington, D.C., area homeless service providers.
