“Any season for all reasons”

Valley Manor needs volunteers to help improve the residents quality of life, daily activities, and to bring the outside community to them.

Any time available we can find a volunteer opportunity for you.

15 minutes or less:

  • Send a birthday card to a resident
  • Order a magazine for a resident
  • Drop a letter to a resident

1 time projects:

  • Read a book to a resident.
  • Set up a residents email.

1 x week projects:

  • Craft projects
  • Call bingo
  • Run wheel of fortune
  • Gardening projects

Monthly projects:

  • Work on our monthly newsletters
  • Set up bulletin boards
  • Volunteer in our memory care unit

Adopt a Resident project:

  • Surprise them on birthdays, holidays and whenever you have the opportunity to spend time with them.

Holiday Projects:

  • Decorate a tree in the building
  • Help a resident shop or wrap presents
