About Us

Valley Manor Care Center is a long term care facility. At our facility we do long term care, memory care and we have a rehabilitation unit.

The Montrose Rehabilitation Center is located at Valley Manor Care Center. We have 13 private rooms with private baths, 1 semi private room and a transitional apartment. This unit does have wireless internet, flat screen TVs and has all been remodeled recently.Our Rehabiliation Center has it's own dining room and we provide family style dining here for lunch and dinner. Diane Shipley RN is the nursing unit manager and Lynette Gilbert OTR is the Director of Rehabilitation.

Freedom Hall is our memory care unit where we can serve our residents with Alzheimers abd Dementia disorders.  We have 8 semi private rooms on this unit.
