About Us
The Homestead at Montrose is an Assisted Living, Respite stay and Adult Day program. Our Assisted Living is set in a rural community with an amazing view of the San Juan mountains. Here you'll find an ease and sensibility, mixed with coveience and inspiration of a thriving, vibrant neighborhood.
Within walking distance of our home is our senior center, The Pavilion, which offers additional recreational opportunities for our residents.
At The Homestead at Montrose we offer a Wellness Program that includes TeleHealth which is a monitoring system that tracks residents vital signs, weight and oxygen levels. Exercise equipment, and an exercise program set up by therapist.
We have an Adult Day Program that operates 7 days a week, 7:30am-5:30pm. participants may choose full or half-day visits as often as they wish. Daily fees include lunch and snacks, fun activities and outings, and our wellness program. Ancillary Services for this program include Bathing, Beauty/Barber services, Footcare, Massages, and additional Meals. Cost for this program are:
- Basic-Per Day Under 5 hours-$39.00 5 to 8 hours-$65.00
- Intensive-Per Day Under 5 hours-$45.00 5 to 8 hours-$70.00
- Additional hours over 8 hours are $10.00 an hour.
- We can also provide a meal to go with the guest for the dinner meal at $5.75 a meal.
Respite stays are available with a furnished room. Respite stays can last from 1 day to 2 months if needed for 1 resident or for a couple.
