As a non-profit organization, our philosophy of care always focuses on our residents well being…not the bottom line.  Our “return on investment” is measured by the number of uplifting moments our staff and volunteers create each day for the residents we serve.

Where are we?

We are located in historic Boulder City, "The city that built Hoover Dam", tucked away between the glitter of Las Vegas and the awesome wonder of Hoover Dam. You'll discover Boulder City to be an unexpected oasis of cool grass, shade trees and friendly people. 

The Homestead opened its doors in 1999 as the first and only assisted living community in Boulder City. At The Homestead, you will find a single story freestanding building with all the comforts of home combined with all the professional services and amenities you require to remain independent, safe and secure.

Memory Care

The Homestead recognizes that caring for people with memory loss is very demanding both for those with the disease and for those who love them. We have created a secure, tranquil, self contained, home-like environment providing residents with a “quality of the moment” experience.
