Currently under construction, The Homestead at Anoka is expected to open in spring 2013. The campus will feature:
- 120 beds of skilled nursing, including a transitional care neighborhood, secured memory care neighborhood and rehab clinic
- 27 independent living units, with heated underground parking
- 32 assisted living units
- A town square with many amenities and features, including club room, general store, hairstyling salon, private dining room and community room
