About Us

Sleepy Eye Area Home Health offers home care services in the Sleepy Eye Area.  Services include visits to help with bathing, cleaning, medication management.  Frequency of visits is based on your needs and wishes.  Services are available 7 days per week including holidays. 

Sleepy Eye Area Home Health also provides  24 hour assisted living services at Countryside Retirement Community and Ross Park Apartments. 

We provide personalized health and home managment services in the comfort of your home.  The RN will work with you to develop a plan, and will supervise staff to assure your needs are being met. 

 Registered Nurse is available for a free visit to discuss your care needs and services that are available to to stay safe and healthy in your home.
