Countryside Retirement Community, located in Sleepy Eye, is a unique Senior Living opportunity.  Live completely independent or take advantage of our optional services.  Enjoy a delicious meal in our dining room, a shopping outing on our bus, read a book or watch a movie with friends.  Have your hair done, your home cleaned or enjoy a relaxing bath in our spa. If you need help with personal cares, checking blood sugars or help with medications, our in house Home Care Agency is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.  You pay for the optional services that you desire, not a flat rate that includes services you don’t want or need.  We invite you to discover the difference that living at Countryside Retirement Community can bring to you.
