Maplewood Care Center is a 157 bed facility with a 47 bed transitional care unit and a memory care unit. There are private rooms available. We offer a select menu for our transitional care patients and a five meal plan for our long term care residents. Our residents and patients enjoy park-like grounds with a waterfall and walking paths.
