The Rehabilitation Department at Lost Creek Care Center offers inpatient and outpatient programs designed to strengthen, restore function and maintain activity. Our friendly professional staff are experienced in designing individualized therapeutic programs to increase overall fitness and wellness.
Physical Therapy
- Our Physical Therapists provide skilled therapy to improve ambulation, mobility, balance, endurance, transfers and range of motion. They recommend adaptations to make your home accessible and secure. Assess your needs for specialized equipment that would improve your self reliance and safety.
Occupational Therapy
- Our Occupational Therapist can educate patients in self care skills such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, bathing, cooking and sensory motor skills Recommending adaptive equipment to help you function safely in your home.
Speech Therapy
- Language is our most human characteristic. Our Speech Therapist assists patients with all aspects of communication using techniques to improve listening and expression skills. Treating persons with swallowing difficulties.
