" We are writing this letter to thank the Edina Care and Rehabilitation Center on behalf of our family for all the attention that your staff gave us, and to show our appreciation for the outstanding care that your staff provided to our mother while she was at your facility. It would be difficult to mention everyone's name, but all members of the Transitional Care Unit greatly contributed in one way or another in providing comfort care to our Mom and to the family members who were there with her. "
"Specifically, we would like to commend one of the registered nurse's for his outstanding work as a nurse. He is very knowledgeable and displays a high level of work ethics and compassion. He is very caring and shows a great deal of empathy for his patients. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. There was also another registered nurse who was very special to us. Her professionalism, dedication and caring attitude made us feel at home. There were many others that we greatly appreciated their good service and their friendliness and empathy. It would be impossible to mention everyone."
"We would also like to extend our special thanks to the nursing assistants. One young woman stood out because she was very compassionate, dedicated and a hard worker. She was always there to help even when she was not scheduled to our section. She is highly efficient and is an asset to the team. We also think very highly of many other nursing assistants.
