Memory Care
Our Memory Care Unit offers a place of reidence to persons with memory loss. We offer a safe, home-like environment, with structured programing. Our "age in place" hilisophy allows our residents to experience cognitive and physical changes with dignity, comfort and understanding of well-trained professionals. Our staff is committed to individualized care that promotes independence and well being at all levels of care.
Our Memory Care Unit has a Program Manager who oversees all aspects of programming and care, including:
- Extensive Therapeutic Recreation with day and evening programming.
- Spiritual programs, chapel services, rosary, communion, devotions, hymn sings and bible study.
- Special dining experience with meal service menus promoting independence.
- Our facility stays connected with the Alzheimer's Association, receiving continuous updates and training on new studies and new methods of treatment.
- Safety of a secured environment.
- Specialized programming for various levels of care.
- Multidisciplinary services, including: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nutritional Services and Social Services.
- Pets, plants and children programs.
