Charles W. (Chuck) Gould serves as national president and chief executive officer of Volunteers of America.  He provides leadership to one of America’s largest and most comprehensive nonprofit, faith-based organizations.     

Jatrice Martel Gaiter, Executive Vice President of External Affairs

Ms. Gaiter is responsible for strengthening the organization’s government and community relations through strategic leadership in the planning, direction and execution of communications, public policy, fund development and volunteer services programs. 


Rosemarie A. Rae, Executive Vice President of Strategy

Ms. Rae's role is to guide the 112-year-old human service organization as it establishes itself as a leading provider of services to the nation’s rapidly-growing senior population.  

 

David Bowman

David T. Bowman, Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Mr. Bowman serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Volunteers of America’s national office. In this role, he confers with the organization’s board, executive team, local CEOs and staff on matters involving legal interpretation and decisions related to Volunteers of America’s activities, policy questions and operating issues.
